My love of cake making started in 2004 when I made my son his first birthday cake. Since then I have taken several classes on cake decorating and have been self taught many more skills. I am always learning something new and love a challenge. I started Clover Dust in 2014 when my friends and family encouraged me to share my cakes with more than just them.
I limit the number of orders I take for three reasons. First is that I want your cake to be the center of my attention. It should be the best I can possibly make. Second is my family. I am a stay-at-home Mom to three amazing boys. They all have special needs so I try to be sure I am there when they need me. All three of my boys are loving and supportive of my business.They love to tell people about the crazy cakes I make. Lastly, I am a member of Icing Smiles, a not-for-profit company that has bakers bring cakes to ill children and their families. I hope to never have to say no when I receive a call for a cake for those children. Clover Dust Cakes truly is a labor of love for me and my whole family. If you can dream it, I can make it.
